Strathkelvin is located to the  north-east of Glasgow in  Central Scotland and conprises  of BB Companies within parts of  East Dumbartion and North  Lanarkshire.  It is very much a rural area and  includes the towns of  Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and  Kirkintilloch, the villages of  Milton of Campsie, Lennoxtown,  Torrance, Lenzie, Chryston and  Condorrat.
